Mango Iced Tea
Ingredients:
1 1/2 quarts cold water
6 high quality black tea bags
2 cups mango nectar
Sugar to taste.
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Thinly sliced mango
Directions:
- Bring water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add tea bags. Stir the bags around just a bit to thoroughly soak.
- Allow to sit and steep 5 minutes. (Using a timer is perfect.)
- Remove tea bags.
- Add mango nectar and sugar to taste.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour into a pitcher and add mint leaves.
- Pour over ice and serve.
