Yes, it is illegal to put an ice cream cone in your back pocket on Sundays in Georgia. This odd law is one of many outdated regulations that exist in various states. While it may not be actively enforced, it reflects the quirky nature of some local legislation. Always check current laws for any updates or changes.
Alaska- It is illegal to push a live moose out of a moving airplane Alabama- You cannot have an ice cream cone in your back pocket at any time
Whether its illegal or not, I doubt anyone will prosecute such a stupid law. I would be more worried about sitting down and getting wet, sticky ice cream all over the back of my pants. Besides how are you going to enjoy eatting it before it melts that far from your mouth.
That is a old law from the 1800s. Its illegal because horse thiefs would put ice cream bars in their back pockets, then they would go up to a horse and would let them smell the sweet ice cream and the horse would follow them into a alley or out of town, then the thief could just jump on the horse and ride away.
No, you cannot bring 45 grams of cream in your carry-on luggage on a plane.
