Aquatic. Makes sense to me.
I live in Deming NM and found 2 rattle snakes by my neighbors man made pond, thinking their after the gold fish in the pond, Is this possable?
Koi are most sutible in man made ponds.
POND is described as a shallow, man-made basin to hold water/wastewater and exposed completely to sun light.
A fish in a landlocked body of water (such as a pond) would have to come from another source. If in fact it wasnt put in there by man, then it would have had to come there by another means. A fish could swim into a pond from another body of water by underground water sources, or after a flood of a river the fish could have been deposited into the pond.
yes, there will always be bullhead-catfish,some man made ponds or lakes have perch or pickeral,i often fish for them and have caught only bullheads wich can get to a foot long.
A pond man.
Ducks, geese, small fish, tadpoles, frogs, turtles and insects.
The lake being built where it is wanted (for a fish pond, garden feature, wild-life, etc.) is the main benefit.
Santiago knows that the fish are getting tired because he is an experienced old fisherman and has been fishing in the same waters all his life. Hemmingway spells this out very early in the book.
No, they cannot. When water evaporates, all minerals, chemicals and solids are left behind. Fish eggs cannot "rise" or "float" with the water. Many ponds that have dried up and refilled by man or rain can get tadpoles in them which are mistaken as fish by some.
The old man is no one of real significance to the game. He'll just tell you that he's seen Grimer in the pond.
Yes you can swim in it and they won't hurt you.
