For Injection mold, the main metal used in steel. There many different steels are used, for example, P20, 1.2311,718H,1.2738, H13, 1.2344, 2316,S136, etc.. If the sandwich was put together in sanitary conditions, there should not be a problem. Bread, peanut butter and jelly are all considered stable at room temperature and are commonly stored on counters or cabinets. I wouldn't leave it for more then a day, though.
