Are coco pops bad for you?

They contain sugar yes, but it is a cereal and cereals are good for you so i shouldn't think that they are extremely unhealthy. It's just a cereal with some added flavourings and colourings to it.

I think that a healthy cereal would be something that doesn't contain added flavourings and colourings such as Special K

No their not if you eat them too much everyday. If ur like me i suffer frm migraines im not aloud too much dairy. but yeah. Just have 1 bowl a day every morning then you'll be fine.

coco pops are healthier as on coco pop bars the stuff that sticks them together contains fat and sometimes you can get them with added chocolate
