It will not correct the anaemia as it has not got a high content of iron or folic acid.
Prognosis is generally good for patients with pernicious anemia
Unripe plantain is good for diabetics but unripe ones are bad because of the sucrose(sugar).

It's not a good idea. Lupus patients tend to have low white counts, low platelets, and suffer from anemia. Taking blood out makes this worse. If you are on chemo or biologics they won't want your blood anyway.
Well good you asked that. I was just lecturing my nephew the importance of iron rich diet. Especially since he is a huge fan of Iron Man series. Anemia in children and teens can be the result of a series illness or disease, such as aplastic anemia. More commonly, however, anemia in children and teens is the result of too little iron in the diet, called iron deficiency anemia. Children and teenagers need to ingest 8 to 10 mg per day of iron. Many, however, don't get this much iron in their daily diet. This is due to the prevalence of fast food in our society, and also the popularity of cow's milk, which does not have much iron in it. To know more about the causes, symptoms, cures and treatments of Anemia you might want to check out this site called www.mediangels.com It has been around for some time and is a very credible site I must say. You can have my word for it as I regularly consult the doctors out there. Consider it as a second opinion and the rest is upto you.

Yes plantain is good for you but it is not good for people who suffer from anemia because plantain does not contain iron or folic acid which are both needed for anemic persons i hope this is what your looking for. :)

Anemia is a conditon that occurs when your body is suffering from iron deficiency. You should ask your doctor for ideas on a diet that will improve your condition. I found that the Livestrong site offers diet information for those suffering from Anemia.
Familys do not have to go through it alone, there is help and support available for people living with children, or anyone with Aspergers. There are youth clubs that offer free services and will take good care of the child for a start.
