No, pretzels are not really a very healthy choice. Certainly, there are worse choices than pretzels, but they tend to have a good deal of salt and little nutritional value. They're also not good at keeping you full as a snack. Fruits and vegetables are much better options. Nuts such as almonds or pistachios make for an excellent snack as well.
