My favourite salad to go with fish is a simple cucumber salad. 1/4 cup of white vinegar 1/4 cup of veggi oil about a tsp of salt, 2 tbsp of finely chopped onion and dill - fresh is best but dried if you can't. Then peel your seedless cucumber and slice razor thin - if you're not good with a knife then take a good veggi peeler and "peel" slices like you would a knife. This is best if it can be made 1 hour ahead of time to get the onions sweeter and the cuc's to break down a little toss every 15 minutes or so.

Four examples of fish products include canned tuna, fish fillets (such as salmon or cod), fish oil supplements, and smoked salmon. These products are popular for their nutritional benefits, convenience, and versatility in cooking. Canned tuna is often used in salads and sandwiches, while fish fillets can be grilled or baked. Fish oil supplements are valued for their omega-3 fatty acids, promoting heart health.
