well im not going to say it's not good to eat because it is nutritional but its wrinkled so im going to say yes u can eat it.
Apples wrinkle because they lose moisture as they age. If the apple merely has a few wrinkles then yes, it is still good to eat. If the wrinkles bother you, you can always peel the apple, remove the core and chop it into small chunks, add a teaspoon or two of sugar and microwave for 2 minutes on high.
