I have a good hamburger patties recipe. The advantage of making your own patties or sausages is that you can avoid all the additives, artificial flavorings, colorings, carbohydrate fillers (and sometimes sugar) that store bought sausages or patties contain. I use this hamburger patties recipe to make patties or sausages that have only 0.5 grams of carbohydrate per large serving. In fact, when I use this recipe I usually leave out the oats (which are optional) so that that the patties have only a trace of carbohydrate.
