Yes there have been babies this young surviving, that is why there should not be abortions this late in pregnancy.
However, the babies that do survive are likely to have undeveloped organs so they require intensive care for a long time and they can have problems with their heart & lungs and other organs as they develop later.
A 23 week old fetus is about 500 grams in weight, and measures 29 centimetres from head to toe. At this point their hearing is established and lungs are developing.
he will die or in case he survive he will be 171 yrs on 23 april 2148

You are not supposed to lose 23 pounds in one week. It is simply not possible.
10 1/2 inches long and 3 quarters of a pound. Checkout www.pregnancy.com you can see week by week of how you're baby looks and the different things you may experience. GOD BLESS
From the category the question was placed in I assume you meant a human egg cell. In which case, the short answer is no. The longer version would be that a tetraploid zygote might survive for a while but it will not make it through the embryonic stage. The fetus will not form, the embryo will not survive that long.
Week 51 , Sunday
23 + 17 = 40 to maintain an average of 21 you would need 63 for a 3 week period. So you would need 23 more on the third week to maintain a 21 call average. (23+17) = (40 - 63) = 23 :]
