Yes, but not for the same reasons and not as quickly as they ruin pudding.

Pineapple, kiwi, quava, papaya and others will ruin a Gelatin as they contain proteolytic enzymes which break down proteins. (Gelatin is highly refined animal protein.)

Bananas contain the enzyme amylase which helps break down starches into sugars. Bananas do self-digest as their amylase breaks down their own starches into sugars so do get mushy over time. Since puddings contain starches as thickeners, the bananas do cause them to get watery and "icky" more quickly.

The key is to start with bananas that are just starting to turn yellow for your desserts. This will give you more time.
