Can a hermit crab live if they lose both pinchers?

Yes they can survive without their large claw, however I would isolate the crab for a day or so to make sure he does not drop anymore legs. He will regrow the claw the next time he molts. It might take a few molts to get it back up to size though.

I think so, but move them to an iso cage so they have a chance to grow back. you will probably have to hand feed them until they grow back because your crab cannot pick up it's food with it's pinchers now

no, just because a hermit crab loses his claw doesnt mean its going 2 die,

put it in ISO and feed it honey and cuttlebone

This is not normal. This means your hermit crab is either stressed or sick.
