Yes, But i personally advise you not to use Aquasafe water conditioning products. your fish may die on the second water change
Yes, your betta water conditioner should be a standard water conditioner that can be used in any fish tank.
If you are using tap water for the bowl without conditioner parts of the betta will start to "shed". If you aren't using conditioner then I recommend to go to a pet store and get "betta fish conditioner" that protects against tap water.
It depends on the type/brand of conditioner, and how much water is the Betta tank can hold.
no as long as there is water conditioner/ purifier in it
no you would have to use water conditioner to remove dangerous chemicals
yes becuz all it does is clean your water... :)
betta h20 conditioner
Betta fish, guppies, tetras.
No it doesn't hurt them it's just about the same and they can eat the same food as Betta too. But i'm not sure for the other way around with Glofish conditioner. Be careful with that Betta though mine killed one :P
Yes, you can use Stress Coat as an alternative to a betta water conditioner. Stress Coat is designed to remove chlorine and chloramines from tap water while also providing a protective slime coat to fish, which can help reduce stress. However, it's essential to ensure that the product is appropriate for your specific needs and to follow the instructions for dosage. Always monitor your betta’s health when changing products.
Actually the guppies probable aren't stressing him out unless you can physically see it. Most likely your water is way off balance! That will stress him out enough to do that. But if the guppies are stressing him out, then he will lose his colors to.
1 gallon tanks & smaller need to be changed/cleaned every 5 days.
