Yes they can, and they actually love them. However, you have to give them a small amount and little by little and they will start getting used to them. So they can if it is the small ones. It would be a bad idea to make bananas a major part of your hamster's diet because it would not be balanced nutritionally. If your hamster does like bananas and other fresh fruit, you might let it have a little bit occasionally as a treat.

Don't give it a whole banana: cut it in little bits and you could give it 1-4 bits depending on how small the bits are.

They do eat bananas but I would rather give them tiny chunks at a time (eg., 4-5 bits).

Caution: If you have a dwarf hamster, I suggest that you do not feed it often or in big quantities as they are known to be diabetic.
If by have, you mean "give birth", then no.
Yes you can. Not the whole thing, just a really, really small slice. Hamsters love fruit, especially bananas!
