Yes, they can go outside for fresh food and fresh air. Make sure you don't take them out on windy days or hot days. Since they have soft fur, they could really heat up on hot days. And they just don't like the wind. It makes them feel uncomfortable. Make sure hamster have a little play area outside do they won't escape. There are even some hamster leashes you could buy, but they are hard to come by.
inside
Absolutely not! Hamsters cab freeze outside, especially is it snows or rains or hails. Hamsters require warmth day and night. You must keep your hamsters indoors!
It is possible and yes if they get enough shade
Yes some hamster do live outside. They are wild hamsters. I DO NOT recommend trying to catch one. First of all, the wild hamster live across the world from the U.S. Second, if you did live across the world, and you did just so happen to catch one, do not keep it as a pet. Wild hamsters are not used to living in a tiny cage, without their pack. The wild hamsters run around in packs in deserts usually. Have a nice day!
No because they can get lost . And if you have a cat in your neighbourhood the cats can eat your teddy bear hamster. so NO!!!
About the same time that dwarf hamsters live
Domestic hamsters live in peopleS cooking pots.
