No, nor would they be inclined to attack a human. Chickens in general are docile and even when you get the occasional rowdy rooster kicking at your ankles, you'd have to be quite fragile for it even to bruise you.
I don't think there has ever been a recorded case of a live chicken killing a human.
Yes if humans had a knife.
Yes....Owls will attack and kill chickens. Even Roosters.
humans attack them and kill them
Yes. Anitfreeze can poison all kinds of animals, even humans.
Piranhas only attack when hungry or threatened
There isn't an animal that kills chickens specifically to drink their blood. If a chicken is killed, it is likely by a wolf, raccoon, or fox. If they did not eat the chickens, it is likely that they were disturbed during the kill and had all intentions on coming back to claim their kill.

it can transfer diseases to human like bird flue ... !
Yes. Shoot it or get a knife.
Ok, so. If chickens were to imprint on humans we would possibly already have a chicken/human race, because I bet you a sum of money that there are some sick freaks out there who've tried sleeping with one. I don't know all about human sperm and chicken embryos but there is a chnce. as long as you have imagination. :)
No we kill them
rats can kill chickens and can carry over 37 different deseases transmittable to humans
humans attack them and kill them
Yes. Black bears will kill wild turkeys or chickens if they catch them, but they usually do not since wild chickens can fly.
Roosters will attack anything or anybody they consider as a threat to their leadership. However, it is unlikely that a rooster would be dumb enough to attack a raccoon as raccoons consider chickens to be an excellent food source.
Just like any other creature, to much stress, eats to much anything humans can get a heart attack for.
