did you know that the concentration levels of iron in the skin of a banana skin can contain more iron.
My Pastor said he'd met an 82yr old Pastor who swears by eating green bananas including the skin. Sounds disgusting?
I added a ripe banana with skin to my morning blended high calorie and protein juicer.
Thank the Lord !

The "red stuff" in a banana is likely referring to the inner part of the peel, which can appear reddish or brownish when the banana is overripe or bruised. This discoloration occurs due to the breakdown of chlorophyll and the formation of other pigments as the fruit ripens. In some cases, it may also be related to the presence of anthocyanins, which can give a reddish hue. However, it is generally safe to eat, although the texture and flavor may be less appealing.
Wiggler worms, also known as red wigglers or red composting worms, mainly eat food scraps such as fruit and vegetable scraps, coffee grounds, tea bags, and crushed eggshells. It's important to avoid feeding them citrus fruits, onions, garlic, dairy products, meat, or oily foods. Worms also benefit from a diet that includes carbon-rich materials like shredded newspaper or cardboard.
you can put a paste of baking soda and water to make the itch go away or a banana peel. leave the peel on for about 30 mins, and don't wash it for another 30. it also reduces swelling
I've never tried red worms, but they'll eat meal worms and crickets just fine. I've even heard of people feeding them scrambled eggs about the size of a cricket. So as long as you made sure the red worms were no longer than the average length of a meal worm. I think it would be just fine. Joe
