im pretty sure its gud for forever...however food quality will decrease giving it an unfavorable taste

If its a creamy dressing, like ranch it should b thrown out probably soon after or immediatly when the date says.

I've been eating this Italian dressing at my grandmother's house for quite some time. I just now decided to check the expiration date.

It expired almost 2 years ago...

Still looks, tastes, and smells like Italian!

It depends on how long after the date, if it's use by or best before. If you are seeing a best before and you are 3 to 4 days after it should be ok as long as the content has been stored in a chilled environment. If its used buy its always better not to use it however
