no, if you put it in a crock pot and leave it, it will get very squishy and fall apart. the way i warm it is to put it in a pot on the stove over medium-low heat and stir occasionally until warm.

You can cook the sauce in a crock pot. You will need to boil water (which a crock pot does not do) for the noodles. If you have a coffee maker, you can get the water hot enough to cook the noodles - just put the water through without the coffee in the filter, add the noodles and wait a few minutes until the noodles are cooked. You could cook the noodles in the sauce, but I don't like the starchy taste that they leave.

If you have been cooking a pork roast for 3 hours can you leave it in the cork pot over night on warm?

I would not advise it. This is where you need a thermometer. The temperature of the roast should not go below 135°F - unless it is being served or heading to the fridge. 'Warm' on a crock pot might go below that which could permit pathogens to grow. The thermostat on crock pots is uncertain. I have one pot that boils on 'warm' and another that doesn't. I have had a crock pot cooking overnight, but never on 'warm'.
