You could end up with indigestion, or at least feel uncomfortable, if you eat too much at one sitting.

Try not to eat fast; it isn't good for you and you miss out on the real enjoyment of food, which is important to good health.

Always try to stop eating before you feel totally full.

If you regularly eat too much you will, apart from not feeling good, put on unnecessary weight and waste the money it's cost to eat food you didn't need.
