It depends what you're adding. If you put butter and salt on it (or other oils like margarine), you'll want to limit the amount. If you have a healthy diet, one ounce (28 g) of popcorn with one pat of butter, per day, will not hurt you. If you eat other junk foods as well, however, the total amount (not the popcorn by itself) will make you gain fatty weight - unless you exercise correspondingly more.
