A diabetic can eat ANYTHING is the world. It's all in moderation, like anything. There is no such thing as a Diabetic diet either! If everyone would eat in normal portions, watch the trans fats, carbs, etc, and ate more fruits and veggies, we would all be more healthy. It's all the tempting things out there that we like to munch on...and not being able to stop is the killer! Portion control is the answer!
