It depends on what you mean by old. I wouldn't recommend it after 3 months, nut you can, though they'll taste rancid. They usually won't keep for over four months, though, they start to reach a point where they could make you sick.
I just was looking for an answer for this, i had bought sealed non fat yogurt and had it in my fridge for 3 months. i just openned it and wasnt spoiled. Smelled normal and tasted fine.
