No. At five weeks your baby has just developed a heart beat. 4 months is about the earliest you will probably feel in fetal movement. Here is what your baby looks like at five weeks:

At 5 weeks you can't feel fetal movement because it is too small (about 1/25 inch long). You won't feel movement 'til the 5th month or so when the baby is about 6 inches long.
i had an ultrasound when i was 6 weeks pregnant, but by ultrasound, the pregnancy measured to be 5 weeks, so no fetal pole was seen yet. i think the earliest fetal poles can be seen is about 6 1/2 - 7 weeks. hope this helps :)
At 5 weeks 5 days I had no fetal pole detected, just an empty sac. I had the same at 7.0 weeks. However, at 7.5 days a fetal pole and heartbeat could be seen. From talking to friends during the "waiting" time, it appears that most women do not see a fetal pole until about 6 weeks minimum.
no
"At 5 weeks pregnant, your belly could have been affected by hormonal changes but still it definitely shouldn’t have felt like a ""shell."" In fact, lots of women event mention that there was some bloating, mild cramping or a fullness feeling because their body was going through pregnancy. It is usually the case with increased progesterone levels and the very start of the uterus growth. I'm about 5 weeks pregnant and I have a subtle stomach cramp in the upper part of my belly.
at about 4 weeks they can sometimes see the gestation sac. by 5 weeks they can usually see the yolk sac. and by 6 weeks you can usually see a fetal pole, sometimes even a heartbeat
The embryonic heart starts beating 22 days after conception
Not miscarriage, more likely brain damage. It's called Fetal Alcohol Syndrome
You will not be able to feel a heart beat, but a heart beat can be detected. Usually at around 5 weeks a heart beat can be heard.
You as the mother can feel a little something. But it's a moving living baby. Just wait till your 20 weeks and you feel a kick. It is great. By this time your partner should be able to enjoy this with you.
