I wouldn't recommend re-freezing it; I'd recommend cooking and eating it.

Of course, after it has been cooked the leftovers could be re-frozen, but the freeze-thaw cycle does tend to turn most foods somewhat mushy.

Yes, My mother use to do it all the time. She would make 12 pies at a time and freeze most of them to get out at a later date.

You can, but if you re-heat it and eat it after re-freezing it, it could make you sick and possibly kill you.

It's is'nt a good idea, when you thaw they become bricks. (hard) Although you can.
