I have my doubts about the feasibility of the idea, however, as a twist in a Murder Mystery plot, I can see how it might be of interest.
If the banana was frozen, and enough force was put behind the blow, it is possible (remotely, but possible). I do sincerely doubt the victim would die of the attack.
BUT HOWEVER if the victim wasn't looking at you and lax, and the banana was deep frozen, or even just iced for a long timewith the tip being a good balance of strong and pointy, and you thrust it directly through the neck and not into the mouth, the banana becomes like a knife, and so you can pierce the doomed person. However If you are dealing with a Rhino or something on that lines you may need to instead freeze even a sword or sniper gun ammo pack.
