Duncan Hines is no longer making their wonderful Blueberry Muffin mix. They have replaced it with a whole grain version that tastes nothing like the original. I hate the new muffins ! I wish Duncan Hines would bring back the original -they were sooooo good!

To make delicious blueberry muffins with crumble topping, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, and melted butter. Gently fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups with batter and top with a mixture of flour, sugar, and butter for the crumble topping. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy your tasty blueberry muffins!
To determine how many baskets Miss Landon can make with each type of muffin distributed evenly, we need to find the greatest common divisor (GCD) of the three quantities: 48 lemon muffins, 120 blueberry muffins, and 112 banana muffins. The GCD of 48, 120, and 112 is 8. Therefore, Miss Landon can make 8 baskets, with each basket containing 6 lemon muffins, 15 blueberry muffins, and 14 banana muffins.
Applesauce is a good substitute. Other pureed fruits may also work. Some use yogurt, butter, margarine, egg whites, sugar, or honey as substitutes. Many low-fat products make up for the fat with sugars, making the product higher-calorie than the original.
It depends on the raw ingredient. Are we talking bananas, zuchini, blueberries? Bananas can just be smashed up for recipes. Carrots and zuchini are best shredded for recipes. Blueberries can be put in whole. However, if you are making blueberry muffins and don't want the blueberries to sit on the bottom of the muffins, roll them in cornstarch first so that they will not settle to the bottom.
