Majority of antibiotics used in beef cattle are at so low levels they are no threat to human consumption. Many of the antibiotics used in cattle aren't even used by humans anyway. Producers make sure they follow the withdrawal periods of antibiotics before slaughtering an animal.

So to answer the question, they may, but not in levels that should be of any concern to your health.
