Do blue belly lizards eat lettuce?

Well, since bluebelly lizards are insectivores i would say no, but it would not be a bad idea to put it in the lizards cage in case its other food escapes being eaten. it would gutload the insects but any vegetables or fruit should be changed daily

Sure. Any lizard or reptile that is a herbivore or omnivore would eat lettuce, although it is usually not the most nutritious plant for them. Common examples in the pet reptile world would be Iguanas, Tortoises, or the rarer Uromastyx. Most pet reptiles eat insects which means a once or twice weekly trip to the pet store for fresh live crickets. The advantage of herbivores is they eat diets that more closely match our own, thus are less trouble to take care of.

I wouldnt think so I breed Western Fence Lizards & dont think they will eat anything thats not moving.I am currently a owner of five & plan to get more.
