Yes, Crayfish live in water. They also taste pretty good. :P
Crayfish have antennas but really big, once you land them you will realise they have really big antennas.
It really depends on what it is doing. If it is going for a crayfish or frog it may go underwater but just swimming, they glide just under the surface with their nostrils in the open.
