Yes. They might be able to go a few days without food but it will not be good for them to go very long with no food.
It is better that hamsters are mainly fed hamster food, and fruits and snacks are given as a treat.
not too much but yes. They have to be fed every day or 2,you have to take out the wood chips and put new ones in and clean the cage every week.and you have to give them water every day,and finally play with them otherwise they turn mean. P.S you can trust me from experience.
No, not for one day, however that would be very cruel so they must be fed.
African Dwarf Frogs need to be fed bloodworms, or brineshrimp once every few days.
i have had many hamsters in my life never have i fed them potatoe peels i have fed a female before she had babies .
they are syrian Syrian hamsters make good family pets. They are easy to look after and with plenty of care and attention become very tame. Hamsters are ideally suited to both children and adults, but are nocturnal and spend most of the day sleeping, becoming active in the evening and at night. Syrian hamsters are naturally solitary animals and if well cared for are much happier alone; their territorial nature will cause fights if kept in a pair. If you do wish to keep more than one hamster together you should consider dwarf hamsters, rats or gerbils who naturally live in colonies. Syrian hamsters should be fed a hamster specific mix and can be supplemented with fruit and vegetables to offer variety to your hamster's diet. You should provide plenty of toys for your Syrian hamster to play with, due to their nocturnal nature they will needs lots of sources of entertainment whilst you are asleep. Syrian hamsters on average live for 2 - 2.5 years. they are Chinese Chinese dwarf hamsters tend to be slightly thinner than Russian hamsters and have a slightly longer tail than most other hamsters. They are very easy to handle, are great climbers and cling to your fingers with their tiny paws but they are fast and therefore not suitable for young children. Male Chinese hamsters often live happily in pairs or groups, but the females can be intolerant of each other and may be better living individually. Dwarf hamsters should be fed a hamster specific mix and can be supplemented with fruit and vegetables to offer variety to your hamsters' diet. You should provide plenty of toys for your hamsters' to play with, this will help to keep them happy and healthy. Chinese dwarf hamsters live for about 2.5-3 years. and more
yes! I have fed all my dwarf hamsters peanut butter and they love it, but only feed it to them in very small amounts... it could get stuck in their cheek pouches or they could choke on it. A good treat for dwarf hamsters is a small or halved dog biscuit with a thin layer of peanut butter on it. My hamster gobbles it up!
every day dont be mean
it depends if ther hungry
1 or 2 table spoons per 24 hours.
I recommend getting a dwarf hamster because dwarf hamsters are less territorial and most of the time can be kept together in the same cage. If you put two Syrian hamsters together they will fight to the death.
Only Syrian hamster can be fed fruits. Dwarf hamsters can eat fruit but don't feed your dwarf hamster too much fruit otherwise they can get diabetes.
