no they only have 1
yes goldfish dont
Their are many varieties of goldfish, however goldfish with fat or potbellied stomachs are classified into the "Egg Bodied" goldfish category. Egg Bodied goldfish are their own distinct group of fancy goldfish which all have an unusually large abdomen. The most popular goldfish in this group are the Orandas, Ranchus, lionheads, and the pearl scale/Hama Nishiki.
Some goldfish (Shubunkins) have purple stomachs so it means nothing to me. If however there is something lumpy or festering then please give a more detailed description of the fish and its tank and conditions etc and I may be able to advise you.
How ever much they can eat in three minutes, they have small stomachs and cant process lots of food, making them get sick easily. Feed them atleast 2 times a day with a small pinch per goldfish,
piranhas have 2 stomachs
It depends on the fish. For young goldfish feed them 2-3 times a day- they need the extra feeding because their small stomachs can only hold so much food at one time which can result in malnutrition. For adult goldfish feeding then 1-2 times a day is fine, and for elderly goldfish feed a goldfish formulated diet once a day and a treat of green peas everyday to every other day to help reduce the risk of becoming constipated.
Cows do not have 2 stomachs. They have 1 stomach with four chambers.
Not a lot> Example: 10 Gallon Tank = Maximum 2 goldfish> Once a day small pinch of fish food> or Every other day. Note: Goldfish do not have stomachs like we do> they do not know when to stop eating> Goldfish will continue to eat until they die. Remember to always include pea's in their diets>Good for fiber and helps with bypass of food> 1 pea each for a goldfish> Frozen NOT canned> heat up in water to soften> remove pea shell> add to tank> (too hard goldfish will be unable to eat/soft allows to be eaten)
Goldfish do not have stomachs so they always feel hungry. This would explain why they are always so hungry. The fact that they are hungry all the time is a good sign- it means their healthy, and no they haven't gotten pregnant because pregnancy is not involved in the reproduction of goldfish.
Goldfish are one of the exceptions but you can still follow this guide. Your fish's stomach is the size of its eye (goldfish however do not have stomachs that is why they are "messy"). The next time you feed just imagine how much food is needed to fill one of their eyes.
It depends, if the goldfish are all males (or females) no, but if not of course they can mate.
