Talapia Fish DO have bones. Most of the time, Talapia bought at most stores already have the bones already taken out. But sometimes, Talapia can be bought as a whole fish with bones and all.
Of course, i don't see why you would want to eat a fish with the bones in anyway, that would just ruin the Dinner ;)
