I'm fairly certain it was discontinued, as I never see it anymore. Too bad, as I found it as one of the most delicious frozen meals ever. I started with the 2lb. beef chop suey that you had to add/make your own rice or noodles, eventually I found they made the same 2lb. beef chop suey -with rice- and always had at least 1 in my freezer. Even though the addition of rice subtracted a little of the amount of chop suey, this complete package saved me from cooking rice, which made it the easy / beautiful / perfect meal I could count on. As to why it's not available anymore, perhaps it's sales were dismal, cost too much to produce, or my favorite thought is the Chinese Mafia threatened On-Cor to halt production because of it's overwhelming competition with Chinese take-out restraunts.
I have tried other On-Cor products and the Chop Suey with (or without) rice -was- their only winner. I'm surprised On-Cor survives in business versus Stouffer's many product winners. Still, the only thing available and vaguely close is pepper steak over rice by a couple of companies, but no real deal chop suey like On-Cor once sold. Hey On-Cor, sell your "perfect recipe" chop suey to Stouffers!

Yes, cabbage can be frozen raw. Just make sure to wash and chop it before freezing to maintain its quality.
because the bavarians is like icecream that make still frozen
Ice crystals may form in beef when it's frozen but they do not make it more tender. In fact, the ice crystals may be an indication that it is frostbitten, and it will not be as tender as it should be. Food should be wrapped as tightly as possible, with as little air as possible.
Yes, a Beef Wellington can be frozen, but only before baking it. Simply prepare it as if you would bake it, but instead of putting it in the oven, place it in the freezer wrapped in foil. Make sure that it's level, and that you will be able to place it in the oven later without having to move it too much. Allow the Beef Wellington to thaw overnight so that it gets baked properly, or else you will end up with very uneaven meat. Once it has thawed, never put it back in the freezer. It can be kept frozen for about a month, after that it can still be good to eat but the flavour might go down rapidly.
Do they still make tobins Beef hotdogs
Put it in a pan with water just covering it and turn on the heat. The water will absorb the flavour of the beef so I hope your recipe uses the boiled water for something. Otherwise it's a waste of beef stock.
To safely and effectively reheat frozen beef stew, first thaw it in the refrigerator overnight. Then, transfer it to a pot and heat it on the stove over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally. Make sure it reaches an internal temperature of 165F to ensure it is safe to eat.
