I don't have an exact answer to this question, but there are several things that lead me to believe the answer may be affirmative.

If your diet is high in sugar and starch you will be more prone to yeast infections.

Yeast often thrives internally, inside the colon.

It is not recommended that you use a cornstarch based powder during a yeast infection, as yeast can feed on it, thus making your infection worse.

These things together would lead me to believe that eating large amounts of cornstarch could unbalance the body's natural flora balance and cause an overgrowth of Canidia, or yeast.
