If the dressing has not been opened and kept in a cool dry place, it will be good for 5 to 6 months. I keep mine in a dark, cold storage room in my basement and so far it has never gone bad. I think it's even been longer than six month. Vinegar tends to keep foods safe for a long period of time. Check the color of your creamed dressings. That should tell you if it's still good or not.
