I started this vinegar Method with a friend on the same day and it seemed to have worked. We were told by an inside source that if you drink 4 oz. of vinegar with 1 gallon of water and exercise till you sweat it out! Your pee (urine) should be light in color. Note: Your 1st urine will contain all the crap. Your 2nd urine will also contain the crap. by your 3rd urine it's said to be out of your system and you'll be ready to take your drug test. I was not required to take a drug test, however, he was and we both did the same exact thing. The end result was that he did pass his urine drug test for the state, It came back Negative for meth.
