Ingredients-chopped goat meat,coriander,red chilli poweder,turmeric,sliced onion,garlic,ginger,curry leaves(if available),mustard seeds,garam masala,oil,salt.

You can cook well the meat with little turmeric,salt and red chili powder in a pressure cooker till the meat is fully cooked and tender.

Haet the oil in pan,when hot add mustard seeds and curry leaves.When mustard seeds star cracking add the onion,garlic,ginger slices into the pan till brown,then add tomato slices.After that add chilli poweder,turmeric powder,then coriander powder.Mix well till it become slightly brown.Then add the cooked mutton pieces.Stir well.Add the water from the cooker in which meat was boiled little by little as per the desired thickness of gravy.Mix well.Allow it to cook well till you get the correct consistancy you need.Check salt and add as desired.For a thick curry add little water or gradually as water level is reduced....
