It's better to create your own diet for these guys! I feed my dwarf hamster meal worms, broccoli, cauliflower and no sweets since I have a diabetic one. Just check to see what veggys and fruits are good for them. I still always have a little of their commercial food in a bowl for them to snack, but I enjoy cooking for them as well.
