Nearly all grape vines that are grown are not grown from seeds, but from cuttings off of another vine. Grape growers have been doing this for hundreds of years, and it has beeen done so much that now, grapes don't grow with seeds in them.
I live in central CA one of the largest grape growing areas of the United States and there are seedless grapes and there are grapes with seeds. The person above is correct that vines are grown from cuttings and grafted to another vine. Some vines are hundreds of years old. The grapes you get in the store that are green are called Thomson seedless and they are used for raisins as well. There is another grape called Red Flame that is also seedless now sold.
seeded grapes have seeds in them and seedless grapes don't have seeds in them.
Yes. the grapes are the seeds.
In grapes.
No, sultanas are seedless grapes. They are dried Thompson Seedless grapes, which means they do not have any seeds inside.
you suck the seeds out. with your mouth.
Raisins are neither nuts nor seeds; they are dehydrated grapes, meaning grapes that have had most of the water dried out of them.
yes dah were are you going to get it from the sky there are little seeds inside a grape
Because in seedless grapes, there is no hormone (which is within the seed) to tell the grapes to grow more.
They are propagated by cuttings, so seeds aren't needed..
You can get seedless or grapes with seeds in, if that's any help!
No! Not at all! It's just one caution is NO seeds. Besides that, they love grapes! :)
They both have pits (chickens have wing pits and grapes have seeds which are kinds of pits)
