near the bars at the right end; there should be some balled up string (not sure which hall it was)

and in the tunnel with the green goop there is a can of corn (take the corn)

you go to the room with the note click on the hat and take the hook

now, combine all of thoes thing into one square at the bottom of the page

and there you go you have a fishing rod!
