Please follow these instructions

  1. Turn off the power switch
  2. Remove the power cord from the electrical outlet
  3. Wait until the motor completely stops
  4. Place the juicer on warm and clean surface
  5. First, remove the pusher from the chute
  6. Lower the locking bar downward until it rests on the flat surface
  7. Remove the lid with the Pulp Guard
  8. Next, remove the pulp collector
  9. Use the crescent tool to remove the blade by placing the two pegs on the crescent tool into the two holes on the blade
  10. Press down and turn counterclockwise while holding the filter and receptacle to unlock the blade
  11. Then carefully remove the blade
  12. Next, remove the filter making sure the spout is in the upright position to avoid leakage
  13. Then remove the receptacle from the base
  14. Wipe down the base with a soft damp sponge (never submerge the base in water or spray with any liquid as the base is not dishwasher safe)
  15. Wash the juicer by hand in warm soapy water
  16. Wash the pusher in a dishwasher
  17. Clean all of the other parts in warm soapy water (a mild detergent is recommended)
  18. Rinse the parts well and dry thoroughly (all components are dishwasher safe with the exception of the base)
  19. Clean the filter and blade
  20. Hold them under warm running water
  21. Gently use a soft-bristled dishwashing brush to completely clean the pulp from the filter
  22. Then rinse the filter from the outside under running water
  23. Dry components thoroughly
  24. Then assemble the machine
  25. Turn the power on to spin out any excess water
  26. Make sure the unit and parts are completely dry
