Find a ceramic container which will fit in the pressure cooker. Cut up 1 bramley apple and put the slices in the ceramic container with one ounce of sugar and some mixed spice. Mix 4 ounces of plain flour, 2 ounces of sugar and 2 ounces of margarine and put these on top of the apple.
Put a trivet and half an inch of water in the pressure cooker.
Cover the ceramic container so the top of the pressure cooker lid doesn't drip into the crumble.
Put the pressure cooker lid on.
Bring up to high pressure for 45 minutes.
Turn off heat, allow to cool slowly to release pressure.
Serves one or two people

Yes, pretty well anything, but especially rhubarb, blackberries (usually with apple), peach , pear or plum- I can't really think of what wouldn't work though if you used some of the very soft fruits like strawberries you wouldn't have much bulk- too wet when cooked.
