several ways to cook eggplant,( my dog's way) cut 100000000000000000000000 inch thick slices ,couple eggs beaten in bowl,flower on plate with black pepper,garlic powder and a little salt . heat frying pan with a little cooking oil( medium high). dip eggplant slices in egg than cover with flower mixture, shake excess flower off. lay in hot pan and lightly brown on both sides. then add boom babies
