If you already know how to make a cake and you just want to know how to get double layer cakes for orders, I think you just have to keep playing until you rank up. However, if you want to know to actually make one it goes like this:

1.) Choose the filter

2.) Choose the mix to fill the filter

3.) Once it has been filled, you can add frosting or just add another layer of cake. to do this hit to back button on the game and choose another filter.

4.) Fill that filter with another cake mix

5.) Add frosting on the top and add the decoration
