In a frying pan.... The trick is the breading. You can use shake n bake, its not bad. But then you will want to bake your nuggets not fry them.
1. Cut chicken into nuggets or strips (I use de-boned breasts)
2. Dip nuggets into raw egg, this helps the breading stick (I beat the egg first to break the yolk)
3. Coat with breading of your choice
4. If frying, use canola or your other favorite oil. Liberally coat a frying pan and heat to high. Make sure you have lid for the pan.
5. Turn heat down to High-Med. Cook chicken until white, usually about 15-20 minutes. Turn frequently.
6. Enjoy
Yes. Often chicken nuggets are fried or deep fried. When you fry chicken, you have to add oil or lard to the mixture over the chicken to make it actually fry in the pan and not burn. It is this oil or fat that is in the covering on the meat that will make a person gain weight.
(from Tyson "bagged" chicken nuggets cooking instructions) 1. Heat oil to 350°F. 2. Fry frozen nuggets 1 to 2 minutes. Appliances vary. Heating times approximate.
There is no truth to the rumor that some chicken nuggets contain chicken heads. Chicken nuggets are typically made from chicken meat, not chicken heads.
It depends how big the chicken is they made the nuggets out of.
No. It would be disgusting if clay was in chicken nuggets. Go to youtube and type in how mcdonalds chicken nuggets are made. It will tell you.
Because they are nuggets, not chicken as it is meant to be eaten! I, too, made the mistake of partaking in Tyson chicken nuggets...awful...

Oh, dude, chicken nuggets don't typically have sugar in them. They're more about that savory, crispy goodness. So, you can relax and enjoy your nuggets without worrying about your sugar intake. Like, who needs sugar when you've got nuggets, right?
