Wash the affected area with water. Don't stand under a shower. That will cause the spray to run down your body and burn..uh...sensitive areas. Pepper Spray is good for 2 years. An expiration date is usually stamped on the bottom of the container. While it could be good after that date - you probably don't want to take a chance.
The color of the car would become damaged. The pepper spray can also stick onto the car which would take a while to take it off.
