You have to know exactly what you are doing, and do it in a logical sequence with no wasted motion or unnecessary steps. Your question does not make it clear whether you want to handle rush hour as a restaurant employee or a restaurant patron. If it is a matter of how to have lunch during rush hour in a restaurant, I would just suggest being patient.
