That is called an enchallada. To make that you can easily get a puff pastry from the food store make it so it is surrownding the whole bottom and then add the cooked goods indside. (you can get reipes from food netowrk.com or allrecipes.com) and then with another puffy pastry cover it with the top and bake. poke wholes with a fork for a better flavor.

If you want to make enchalladas, you can get puffy pastry, cut into squares. Then add a scoop of the goods and then add a small square to the top. On the sides, poke with a fork so it is complteley closed. You do not want any lamb falling out! Hope that helps! :)
